She Wants to Be Perfect, Really?

Our society is obsessed with perfection. But is it really worth the stress and anxiety? Well to be honest SHE certainly do not live by these standards and here are some of her feeling which she really things why some of us are under such pressure to be perfect all times.

Society’s Pressure, the biggest and the heaviest among all in her opinion,From social media to magazines, we are bombarded with images of “perfect” lifestyles and bodies, which is the biggest culprit.

It’s not sustainable at all, the pursuit of perfection can lead to burnout and health issues. No one in the world is perfect, everyone has flaws and imperfections, no matter how hard they try to hide them.

As per her : It’s a Myth, no one can truly achieve perfection, as it is an abstract and ever-changing concept.

How about Breaking the Taboo for a change ??

  • The culture of perfectionism has led to unrealistic expectations and negative self-talk.
  • We need to start talking about the dangers of perfectionism and the benefits of imperfection.
  • By embracing our flaws and vulnerabilities, we can live more authentic and fulfilling lives.

Do you really don’t know the Problem with Striving for Perfection ??

Well here you go these are just my observation as I see people and meet them, we all deal with these but important is to really understand it first and if you relate then pause a moment and think , does it really worth it.

Anxiety , Stress , comparison, jealousy, Missed opportunities and above all SELF CRITICISM , there may be more to this list to be honest. The constant pressure to be perfect can lead to mental health issues. Comparing ourselves to others and feeling jealous of their perceived perfection can damage relationships and self-esteem. Being too focused on perfection can cause us to miss out on important experiences and opportunities.

Our inner critic can be harsh and unforgiving, affecting our confidence and happiness.

Learn to Embrace what you are , Perfect or not… but not imperfect. Live in the moment and enjoy it. Being true to yourself and others is more fulfilling than maintaining a façade of perfection. Look for reality in your life since we know reels are everywhere these days. Focus on people you have and love what you do, love yourself .

SHE, yes like we all are as strong as the Wave , in different colors and in different phase of life , in different shape and size but always amazing others with our authentic roots and smile.

Love,

SHE.
